3SIXTY2 CHARDONNAY

This 2016 Marlborough single-vineyard wine from Wairau had its grapes hand-harvested, then the whole bunch was pressed and fermented in older French barriques. 25 per cent of this wine went through a wild ferment, and 100 per cent went through natural malolactic fermentation. 3Sixty2 has made only 1248 bottles of this, and a six-bottle case is $209.95
